The sky is the limit on the size, shape etc. The important info is the holes for the k-cups should be 1 5/8 inch. Just big enough for the cup to go in and not fall out! 🙂 I chose to do half k-cup holder, half menu board. Here is my plywood after I drilled all of the holes. Then I got busy sanding!
